Eric continues publishing articles and chapters on DUI science and law:
2016 is off to a great start with some of my new publications about DUI law, science, and procedure. I’m very humbled and honored to have authored a chapter for the newest edition of “Inside the Minds” series of Understanding of Scientific Evidence. Other authors include the most talented and educated DUI experts and attorneys across the nation.
I’ve also excited for my other articles. One is in the State Bar of California publication where attorneys can read my article, take a test, and obtain continuing education credit for substance abuse. The second article is Part One of a 3-part series I’m writing for the journal from the Trial Lawyers College, about how to approach field sobriety tests, chemical testing, and police procedure in jury trials.
And of course I continue to write my monthly column with the San Diego North County Bar Association about new criminal case law decisions. Love geeking out on this stuff and staying current on new law.
He earned his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his BA in Music Education from Northern Illinois University.
