Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2009, Eric has tried 74 cases to verdict: 71 as jury trials. He spent the first 12 years of his practice running his own firm in various forms, with a focus on representing persons arrested for impaired driving by understanding and explaining to juries the objective science behind alcohol and drug testing.
In 2021, Eric joined Casey Gerry as a trial lawyer representing Plaintiffs for civil justice where within 4 years Eric grossed $20.9 million in case closures through trials and settlements, $12.5 million in 2024 alone.
In 2025, Eric joined Antonyan Miranda, LLP to continue representing Plaintiffs in wrongful death and catastrophic injury civil cases, with a focus on brain injury cases.
Eric holds strong beliefs about early case organization, structure, and execution. One major approach to hold Defendants accountable is by taking a strong lead and remaining on the offense. Insurance Companies and the Defense Industry responds more to attorneys who are ready for trial, and Eric has earned and continues to prove his career as a trial lawyer.
Eric also blogs and podcasts regularly on emerging legal topics and teaches regularly across the country regarding trial skills and approaches. Recent presentations include:
